These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of digital products from Anteambulo Consulting ("we", "us", "our") through this website and our authorised resellers. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. The product
"The No-Developer Website Playbook" is a digital product consisting of an ebook and an accompanying starter pack (templates, checklists, a prompt pack, and starter code). It is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Payment and currency
The headline price is £25. Payments are processed by Payhip, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the sale. Payhip collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, so the final price you pay may include local taxes depending on your location. The product is also available through other authorised stores (such as Gumroad and Amazon Kindle), each of which applies its own checkout terms.
3. Delivery
Access to the digital files is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, via download link and/or email. If you do not receive access within a few minutes, contact [email protected].
4. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials, as set out in our Licence terms. You may use the starter code in your own personal and commercial website projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the ebook or the starter pack itself.
5. Refunds
Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, we do not offer a satisfaction or "money-back" guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
All content remains the intellectual property of Anteambulo Consulting. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantee of any particular business, traffic, or revenue outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
